    From the nomination

4TDK has significantly expanded the scale and scope of its humanitarian response, delivering interventions across food security, WASH, shelter, health, protection, education and livelihoods. Its programme portfolio includes extensive water and sanitation interventions, including water wells, desalination plants, water networks and emergency water supplies, alongside food assistance, shelter, health services, education and livelihood support. The organization has also expanded its response to support affected Palestinian communities outside Gaza, including families and students stranded in Türkiye and Egypt. This expansion demonstrates 4TDK’s growing operational capacity and ability to deliver multi-sector humanitarian assistance across different locations and in response to evolving needs.

Woman in Business Award

06
  • Alice Arimoro

    Jobapay AI Limited

    Read nomination

    From the nomination

Alice Arimoro exemplifies the exact caliber of operational leadership the Women in Business category seeks to honor. As a female founder navigating the complexities of the tech ecosystem, she has built Jobapay into a definitive solution for shift verification. Her work directly addresses a massive blind spot in the technology landscape by providing verifiable accountability for deskless workers. Pioneering Focused Infrastructure While many platforms attempt to build unmanaged gig marketplaces or generalized workforce management tools, Alice recognized the necessity for targeted and reliable infrastructure. She spearheaded the operational framework that allows Jobapay to function strictly as a verification engine. This level of focus requires immense discipline and operational rigor. Under her direction as COO, the company has successfully integrated supply relations and talent management systems that prioritize compliance, worker reliability, and ecosystem trust.
